General policies
- All sales are final due to the digital and service-based nature of these offerings.
- Services and programs are intended for personal growth and wellness education and are not a substitute for medical care or therapy.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate.
1. Unified refund & cancellation policy
All purchases are final across all offerings (live classes, guided/cohort programs, private sessions, workshops, and digital/self-study products). Because spots are limited and materials may be delivered quickly, refunds are not available. (Subject to applicable law.)
- Guided or cohort programs: No refunds or mid-program pauses. If any transfers or credits are offered, they will be stated on that program's page.
- Self-study or digital products: Rapid access; non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Private sessions: You may reschedule with 24-hour notice by email. Repeated or late requests may be declined at our discretion. No-shows and late cancellations are forfeited.
- Payment plans: All installments are due as agreed. Access may pause if payments fail.
2. What to expect (high-touch, not automated)
We provide a high-touch, human experience. After purchase you'll receive a personal welcome email within 24 hours with next steps. Replays, instant downloads, or transfers are not guaranteed unless specifically stated on an offer page.
3. Free resources
Free guides, mini-courses, and templates are provided as-is for personal use only. Availability, updates, and individualized support are not guaranteed. Content may be changed or removed at any time.
4. Medical & wellness disclaimer
All content is for educational and general wellness purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, mental-health, or therapeutic advice, and does not create a provider-patient relationship. 5. Fitness & assumption of risk
By participating, you confirm you are voluntarily engaging in movement and lifestyle practices at your own risk and agree to modify or rest as needed.
6. Not therapy; scope of service
Coaching and classes focus on education, habit support, and self-reflection. They are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, or crisis services.
7. Intellectual property & personal use
All materials (workbooks, PDFs, emails, videos, and website content) are © 2026 Light & Love Yoga. You receive a personal, non-transferable license. No sharing, reposting, or reselling. All free and paid digital products are for personal use only.
8. Communications & privacy

9. Changes & governing law
We may update these policies at any time; the latest version applies upon publication. These terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, United States, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections.
