Yoga Lifestyle Coaching is the work I've been quietly building for years. It's not talk therapy, it's not a class, and it's not a program you follow while feeling like a stranger to your own life. It's a coaching relationship. Steady, honest, and rooted in a philosophy that's older than any of us.
The framework draws from the Yamas and Niyamas, the ethical guidelines at the foundation of traditional yoga, and reframes them through a modern lens as gentle, workable guidelines for building new habits, going deeper into what's actually happening in your life, and creating change that lasts. Not because you forced it, but because it's built on something real.
The goal is consistency, not perfection.
What we actually do together
Coaching sessions blend yoga-based principles, somatic and trauma-informed movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and focused conversation. We don't just sit and talk about change. We create a safe space for you to feel and experience it.
Areas we might work through together:
- Self-compassion. Softening the way you talk to yourself when things get hard.
- Body awareness. Coming back into your body as a place you actually live, not a project.
- Chronic stress. Real nervous system support, not another thing to add to your to-do list.
- Mindful eating and nourishment. Building a peaceful relationship with food and how you feed yourself.
- Daily habits. Small, meaningful shifts that stack over time.
- Self-care that isn't performative. The quiet, unsexy version that actually holds you up.
Why the Yamas and Niyamas
These aren't rules. They're guidelines. The ten principles the ancient yogis kept coming back to as the foundation of a life that feels honest and awake. Ahimsa (non-harming), satya (truthfulness), santosha (contentment), svadhyaya (self-study), and the rest. When you look at them through modern eyes, they're a surprisingly practical map for how to build a life that actually feels like yours.
If you're curious about how this plays out in real life, I wrote a little on it here: The Yamas at the grocery store.

In their words
"My weekly virtual sessions with you are about much more than making sure I stay accountable and consistent. You've become a friend, a support system, a guide, and someone who truly cares about me as a whole person."
— Ongoing coaching client
"It's like I'm starting to find all these pieces of myself that I didn't even know I lost."
— Yoga Lifestyle Coaching client
"I don't have the time or money for coaching right now so this works for me."
— Self-guided program client
If this resonates
Pricing is shared upon inquiry, because I'd rather have a real conversation about what you need than have you make a snap decision from a number on a page. There's often flexibility, and I want the option to talk it through.
